Microsoft Time Zone is a free tool from Microsoft that runs as a tiny icon in the system tray and it allows you to view the current time and date of five cities, that you can choose, all around the world. It will be very helpful for users who are working for clients living in different parts of the world or whose relatives and friends are living far away. Internet is not needed for this software to work because it automatically calculates the time and date of up to 5 cities based on your system's date and time. The time and date are displayed as a popup notification. Microsoft Time Zone application also lets you compare time of different places in the world without changing your system time. You can select your cities from a number of cities already available. Microsoft Time Zone brings the multiple clock feature from Windows Vista to Windows XP and that is for free. It is very easy to use with minimal options. It works very well with Windows XP and Tablet PC. The only prerequisite is that .NET Framework 1.1 must be installed.
